Sign-in, payments and visitor-activated map services use their respective service providers. Public listing details can be viewed by other visitors; private saved records and protected contact details use the platform's access controls.

Essential browser storage supports sign-in, saved-property preferences and account eligibility. Optional Google Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. It is unavailable while this browser's local account eligibility decision blocks access; that decision stops subsequent analytics and cannot be overridden through Cookie preferences. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the website. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent. We remember the analytics choice locally for six months. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional analytics and clears accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete reports already received by Google.

Consented analytics measures page views and selected interactions using privacy-safe routes and event fields. We do not send your Firebase account ID as an Analytics user ID. No session replay or keystroke recording service is included in the website.

The website's account screen checks a date of birth locally before presenting sign-in and signup options. The date is not sent to our server or saved; only the eligibility decision is kept in browser storage. Accounts require a minimum age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@markmyproperty.com so it can be reviewed and appropriate action taken. The local age screen is not identity verification.

Service providers process information needed for requested features, including Firebase sign-in and storage, Razorpay payments, and Google Maps when used. Google Analytics is optional as described above. Fonts are served as website assets rather than requested from Google's font servers by your browser. This policy describes the website; installed mobile versions may differ until their corresponding release is installed.

Your personal information is protected through various security measures. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
